    The Burpee has been used by people who want a quick workout that is intense for cardio as well as overall muscle group working. Here is how it works.

    Start in a standing position. Drop down into a push-up fashion and do a push-up. Position yourself in a squat and lunge back up to a standing position and push your body into the air (as if you were jumping like a dolphin out of water) drop back down do a push-up, back to squat position, lunge up, you get the picture rinse wash and repeat.
